Early in discovering of my love of abstract photography, boats were one of the first things I identified as a rich source of subject matter. Every boat is unique, each portraying its own character and elements of visual interest. What I love most about boat hull abstractions is how they can be so reminiscent of the sea itself.
Abstract fine art photograph features strong horizontal rectangles of red over light blue, divided by a narrow horizontal bar of navy blue. Amorphous, soft shapes hover above what appears to be a horizon, giving this abstract work the appearance of a seascape. Part of the HG Arts Exclusive Collection.
